Roadmap

Roadmap is an internal web app for tracking projects, priorities, sprint calendars, and team process. Built on Nuxt 4 behind DE SSO, it gives editors and viewers a shared space to manage delivery timelines without juggling spreadsheets, Jira boards, and slide decks across multiple tools.

PI planning has become a ceremony tax — weeks of prep, walls of sticky notes, and outputs that go stale the moment the increment starts. rad-roadmap condenses that overhead into a living tool the team actually uses day-to-day, so planning stays continuous instead of quarterly and painful.

Teams stop maintaining shadow trackers. Sprint calendars, project status, and ownership live in one place that stays current. Planning conversations shift from "who has the latest spreadsheet?" to "let's look at the roadmap." Cycle time from idea to prioritized backlog item drops noticeably.
