Added a soft dependency on Toggles Upgrades project (in code review) to make A/B experiments and testing management a little easier.
Incepted project and created tickets here https://discoveryed.atlassian.net/browse/RC-1158
Available in dev today.
Great job on Pulse release and recent improvements:
Multi-Product support ... our AI Chat can be used in any product and prompt results are filterable by product.
Snowflake MCP connectivity ... manage and interact Pulse data through chat interface or claude etc
Well done @Kyle Mayer @Gene Aiello @Ryan Senechal @Paula Leonova @Paul Lipman
Meeting soon with @Paul Lipman @Brittany Wolff @Frank Rauscher et all to finalize backend services and data plan (snowflake) to hook up the remaining pieces of the prototype.
Received feedback from @Victoria Axt about changes. Made 1 of 3 groups of changes. Remaining below:

Will meet with smaller concentric circles to nail down further scope and align with design on design implementation timeline.
Met with @Stephanie Allen to define scope for MVP and form basis for this project.

Prototype Status:
Matching designs 95%
Data is static but 80% real data
Viewing here on VPN: https://rad-mystery-customer-admin.discoveryeducation.com/
Next Steps:
Start getting initial feedback from team
Hook up to real data
Hook up to Mystery user session so permissions are inherent (district admins only see their schools etc)
Demo / Testing mode for internal admins to see any district
Met with Heather Douglas RE ready-to-build early POC prototype. Current documentation is here:
https://discoveryed.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/MS1/pages/4739268626/Admin+Dashboard+Prototyping+and+Testing
For POC testable prototype, decided to move forward with loose DE stack integration ... built alongside Crystal Ball instead of within it.
Met with Heather Douglas and Victoria Axt for preliminary discussion about process and status of concept and designs.
Strategy Coach hand-off document (draft)

StrategyCoach — Executive Summary
The opportunity Instructional coaching is one of the most reliable levers for improving teaching practice, but it doesn't scale — districts can't staff enough coaches, and traditional PD rarely changes what happens in the classroom day to day. That leaves a large, unmet need across our K–12 customer base.
What we're building StrategyCoach delivers personalized, AI-powered instructional coaching to every teacher, on demand. It's structured as an 8-week "Activate Thinking" program that builds a sustained coaching habit rather than a one-off event — guiding teachers through planning, real classroom activities, AI-coached reflection, and progress tracking. It's built natively on the Discovery Education platform and grounded in our existing content and standards, making it a differentiated extension of our core offering rather than a standalone tool.
Why it matters to us It scales our highest-value service without scaling headcount, deepens engagement and stickiness with teachers inside the DE ecosystem, and gives school and district leaders visibility into teacher growth — strengthening our position with the decision-makers who renew contracts.
Where we are A working product is in pilot: the full 8-week experience, AI coach, activity generation, progress and badges, and content/standards integration are live behind a passcode gate. Near-term focus is proving completion and engagement with pilot cohorts, deepening leadership analytics, and preparing for broader rollout.
What we're watching Success hinges on three things: teachers finishing the full program (not just starting), evidence that practice actually changes, and AI coaching that is consistently reliable and on-pedagogy. Key dependencies are the AI engine and our platform/content services; the main risk to adoption is access friction during the pilot phase.
May 14th feedback results.

Major releases now live. Met with some folks on product and engineering for visibility and early feedback.
work tracked in:
https://discoveryed.atlassian.net/browse/API-419
Subjects pages, topics, and subtopics pages created, completing all basic set up for all pages for BTS. These pages still need refinement and design tweaks.
Design for the mega menu is now solidified. Starting work to add this piece of navigation to the Experience homepage.
Transition experience code to nuxt-app-experience.
Now that nuxt-layer-platform has some of the basics that our pages need, including the product bar/global nav/etc we're start moving code over to this repository.
Search to chat handoff now respects grade + asset type filters when handing off from search to chat. Search subject filter also pulled over into chat and is processed by LLM through natural language in the prompt.
Enabled hybrid search + updated search analytics with some fixes for tracking search events in a more accurate way.
RC-656 added a Best Results band on search with 5 featured tiles and a "Continue in Chat" CTA that hands those exact assets off to chat without re-searching. RC-657 extends that handoff to also carry the teacher's active filters so Claude honors them in its response and any follow-up searches.
Met with @Ersin Ates @Robert Hodorogea and @Luke Lyons to discuss what work has been done in branch. Will setup a meeting in the near future to discuss more.
